Account Executive
| The Account Executive assists the Center Manager in administrative duties,
customer relations activities, and other duties that support the operation of
the Center, i.e. collections, marketing, handling customers, completing
transactions, etc.

Duties of the job
|
|
|

Establish excellent business relationships with the customer and handle
customer complaints.

Participate in internal marketing, cross sell products, and mention current
company incentives to all customers.

Accomplish daily computer functions.
-
Answer the telephone in a friendly and proper manner.
-
Make courtesy calls on customers daily.
-
Perform assigned collection duties.
-
Balance the cash drawer.
-
Perform daily banking procedures as necessary.
-
Run customer checks to banks and exchange for cashiers checks as applicable.
-
Perform all actions needed to open and close the Center.
-
Clean the Center daily i.e. vacuum, sweep/mop, clean bathrooms, windows, etc.

Learn how to solicit and market for new business development.
-
Have the ability to complete all daily paperwork.
-
Perform any other duties or instructions legally required by management.
-
Provide assistance or work in another Center within a 30-mile radius of your
Center.

Report any employee you witness breaking any Company Policy to higher
authority. Follow appropriate dress code.

|
The Assistant Manager assists the Center Manager in day-to-day operations of
the Center. He/She is accountable for meeting/exceeding all financial goals,
complying with all policies and procedures, ensuring proper customer service
and maintaining company standards of quality.

Duties of the job
|

Perform all the functions of an Account Executive

Assists the Center Manager:

In meeting and exceeding all financial goals.

In collection of all accounts, sending notices, making field calls, etc.

In developing new business at financial institutions, area businesses and
referrals, including direct mailers, flyers, etc.

With daily transactions including customer service issues, new account actions,
bank business, delinquent accounts, NSF accounts, trial balances and completion
of required reports.

Responsible for all Center operations in the absence of the Center Manager.

Establishes, with the Center Manager, weekly and monthly goals and follow-up on
held checks and delinquency notes.

Perform any other duties or instructions legally required by management.

Will work for another Center within a 30-mile radius of your Base Center.

Center Manager
|
The Center Manager has the overall responsibility for his/her Center including
meeting/exceeding all financial goals, properly operating the office on a
day-to-day basis, and complying with all company policies procedures. The
Center Manager must ensure proper customer service and maintain company
standards of quality in all areas in a pleasant positive environment.

Ultimately responsible for all day-to-day operations of his/her Center
including meeting/exceeding all financial goals and profitability.

Operations
|

Responsible for collection of all accounts which include: sending past due
letters, field calls, making phone calls on all late accounts, collecting NSF
and Charge Offs, and completing Collection Activity Sheet.

Responsible for developing new business through: direct mailings, flyers,
visiting financial institutions and area businesses, referrals, sending
postcards, cross selling products, and offering current company incentives to
all customers.
-
Responsible for daily transactions involving: customer service, approval of new
accounts, bank business, closing delinquent accounts, balancing, processing all
required daily paperwork.

Report any incidents of day-to-day operations to District Manager.
-
Interviewing for Account Executive/Assistant Manager candidates. Recommend
hiring/firing decisions.
-
Perform any other duties or instructions legally required by management.
-
Work in another Center within a 30-mile radius of your base Center if
necessary.
-
Ability to accurately and timely complete any reports that are required from
the Center.
-
Ensure Center has sufficient cash on hand. Go to bank to pick up and drop off
funds as needed. Go to banks to exchange customer check(s) for guaranteed
funds.

Develop schedules for all staff.

Direct and supervise assistant managers, account executives. Delegate work
where appropriate.

Provide ongoing training for all staff.

Maintain positive work environment for staff and customers.

Provide verbal counseling/reprimands where appropriate.

Conduct employee evaluations on staff.
-
Participate in all Employee Performance Reviews and Corrective Action
Memorandums with District Manager.

District Manager
|
The District Manager is responsible for multi-unit management of Centers within
an assigned territory, which is usually between 4-6 Centers. Responsible for
meeting/exceeding the financial goals established by the company for the
Center(s) under his/her management assignment. District Manager has
responsibility for each Center(s) overall profitability and the staffing,
training and on-going development of all employees under his/her direction. The
District Manager is responsible for facilitating communications between Center
and other departments in the company to ensure company policies and procedures
are followed and all reports accurate and timely.

Financial
|
|
|

Direct employees on a daily basis for meeting/exceeding all financial goals.

Provide daily monitoring of individual Center delinquency percentage to
increase profitability and keep charge-offs to a minimum within his/her
district.

Observe and monitor customer transactions to ensure legal and company
compliance.
-
Ensure Center Managers have sufficient operating funds and adherence to proper
accounting procedures.
-
Review and approve all Center expenditures.
-
Submits district payroll, submits complete payroll new hire packages and
payroll packages in a timely manner.

Operations
|
|
|
-
Conduct weekly Center visits and complete a Level 1 Audit (minimum of one a
week). Results to be scanned and emailed to Regional Manager.
-
Complete a thorough Level 2 Audit (minimum of once monthly) of each Center in
the district to ensure legal, company and state compliance. Results are to be
scanned and emailed to Regional Manager.
-
Ensures excellent customer service. Investigate thoroughly each and every
customer complaint to resolution.
-
Teach, instruct and motivate employees; monitor required reports; forecast
monthly revenues.
-
Responsible for all actions necessary for the opening of a new Center.
-
Instruct, assist and review all marketing efforts required of all Center
personnel.
-
Monitor employee work schedules to ensure company compliance.
-
Report any day-to-day incidents to Regional Manager.
-
Review and approve schedules of each Center within your territory.
-
Perform all tasks and duties of a Center Manager as needed.
-
Addresses all maintenance issues and works with Regional Manager to correct
concerns or problems.
-
Perform any other duties or instructions legally required by management.

Human Resources

Interview and recommend appropriate personnel for each Center in your district.

Identify and ensure ongoing training for personal and corporate growth.

Monitor and conduct developmental action plans for all personnel within
district.

Plan and conduct developmental workshops and meetings monthly or more
frequently if needed, for all personnel within district needed. Also conduct
performance reviews on employees when needed.

Monitor and write all disciplinary action within the district. Consult with
Regional Manager for approval.

Review and recommend merit increases and promotions for all personnel within
district.
-
Develop personnel for success and growth into higher positions with the
company.
